Sony Computer Entertainment has filled a trademark for 'Infraworld', a game previormtucancelled in the early stages of development at Heavy Rain studio Quantic Dream. The trademark movement has naturally led to speculation the developer could've resurrected the project, which hardcore Heavy Rain players will remember appeared as an Easter Egg in the excellent PS3 thriller (check it out in this video.Heavy Rain auteur David Cage previously confirmed to CVG that Quantic Dream is beavering away on two "very different" projects - and when they're finished, he's going to turn his attention to shaking up the shooter category."I want to create a genre," he said. "I want to convince more people that [emotional gaming] is a valid direction for the industry; to show them that this was not just one product, one story. It's a format that can be used to tell any kind of story in any genre with any tone."He added: "I would really like the opportunity to work on a different type of game.
